As a customer of John Chu, he has been very diligent and professional as a contractor for my ADU. John's team has done an excellent job, turning my garage to a beautiful and smartly constructed comfortable one bedroom home. His team was always available to meet with the various city permit inspectors. If I had any questions or concerns, John was quick to respond to me either by text or email. When Lowe's was not able to deliver some appliances, John's team was able to pick up for me. In addition, John's team was available to fix and improve various plumbing and electrical items to the main single family house. Any home that has a detached garage can be converted to an ADU and rented out as passive income. I would highly recommend John Chu for your contractor needs.
